We are looking for a PT who brings confidence, presence, and entrepreneurial drive - someone who understands that PT is both a craft and a business, and who wants to build something meaningful within a supportive, modern, experience-led gym.
About the Role
As a self-employed PT, you’ll run your own business inside our club while being part of a collaborative, member-first team. You keep 100% of your PT income and benefit from structured visibility, warm lead opportunities, and genuine business support.

Rent Model (Designed for Sustainable Growth)
To support your business development, we offer the following stepped rental structure:
- Month 1: £0
- Month 2: £250
- Month 3: £450
- Month 4+: £600 fixed monthly rent
This gives you genuine runway to establish your client base and convert the opportunities created for you.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Programming- Deliver high-quality 1:1 Personal Training sessions
- Create tailored programmes aligned with member goals
- Support new member onboarding (optional but valuable)
- Be highly visible and approachable during agreed floor hours
- Initiate conversations, offer guidance, and build rapport
- Contribute to gym atmosphere and standards (resets, tidiness, energy)
- Represent the club with professionalism and positivity
- Convert gym-floor interactions into consultations
- Follow up promptly with leads provided by our engagement system
- Deliver impactful intro sessions that drive long-term coaching relationships
- Deliver four (4) group classes per month as part of your rental agreement
- Use classes as a visibility tool to showcase your coaching style, build rapport, and generate PT interest
- Class formats and scheduling will be confirmed during onboarding

- Warm Lead Generation: Our member engagement system proactively connects you with members who would genuinely benefit from coaching - such as new joiners, returning members, and those aiming to progress.
- Consultation Bookings: You will receive a consistent flow of intro sessions to help convert new clients.
- Marketing Visibility: Support with in-club awareness, optional social media visibility, and integration into the member experience.
- Structured Guidance: Regular check-ins with the Operations & Fitness Manager to review performance, identify opportunities, and support your business-growth rhythm.

- Are CIMSPA Level 3 / REPs Level 3 qualified
- Hold valid public liability insurance
- Have experience delivering PT in a commercial setting
