Main Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into committed members through professional tours, calls and follow-ups.
- Own daily ClubWise call lists and sales pipeline management.
- Proactively manage arrears, renewals and cancellations to protect monthly revenue.
- Deliver first-week and first-month follow-ups to improve retention.
- Partner with our marketing agency to align campaigns with in-club activity.
- Support local events and community outreach to drive awareness.
- Report weekly on leads, joins and retention KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Proven track record in sales (gym, fitness, hospitality or service sector).
- Confident closer with a consultative, customer-first approach.
