As the public face of Anytime Fitness Woodberry Down, you will:
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through outstanding service and engagement
- Drive club growth by generating leads, exceeding sales targets, and supporting monthly marketing plans
- Promote and support club social media and local promotional events
- Conduct fitness consultations, complimentary sessions, and group training
- Build and grow your PT client base through 1-2-1 training sales and delivery
- Make proactive member engagement calls and maintain a strong presence on the gym floor
- Support member retention through coaching, guidance, and motivation
- Maintain high club standards, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
You will also have full access to the Anytime Fitness app to enhance programme delivery and track client progress. Qualifications
- REPs Level 3 qualified (minimum) with personal insurance
- Confident communicator – comfortable on the phone, online, and face‑to‑face
