The Fitness Coach will be responsible for 1-2-1 inductions, delivering classes, and taking ownership of the 'members journey' to ensure all members get the most from their membership. Anytime Fitness is the fastest growing fitness chain across the globe and this exciting new gym concept with the most advanced equipment and great locations is now growing rapidly in the UK. The gym is open 24/7 and offers members an unrivalled level of quality and service.
We are looking for a Fitness Coach to join the team. Applicants must be passionate, knowledgeable, upbeat, and professional. They must be prepared to endorse the ethos of Anytime Fitness and strive to become better and more effective trainers.
Main responsibilities:- Promote, sell and deliver 1-2-1 PT sessions to members.
- Deliver gym floor inductions and convert them into potential clients.
- Pro-actively generate new PT business.
- Encourage participation and deliver 3 gym floor-based classes per week.
- Support retention by engaging members and providing fitness advice and guidance in the club.
- Behave in an inspiring manner that creates respect from members and colleagues.
- Ensure that the club is kept to high immaculate standards.
