Essential Skills
- Demonstrated prowess in sales, including the ability to cultivate this skill set in others.
- Self-motivated and outgoing, capable of inspiring team members to meet collective objectives.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industry, preferably with some experience in leading a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Expertise in sales techniques that result in meeting potential
members\’ needs and driving new sign-ups.
What You\’ll Do
Working in close collaboration with the management team, you\’ll aim to
minimize membership attrition through well-devised retention programs that complement our sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to set and track future goals and milestones, aimed at increasing membership base and overall turnover.
- Taking ownership of your membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention and growth every month
- Supporting the smooth operation of the club and consistently provide excellent customer service to all members
- Spearhead lead generation activities, book appointments, conduct sales tours, and manage follow-ups.
- Plan, execute, and adjust sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring that efforts are directed towards the most impactful areas.
- Convert both digital and traditional leads while managing in-reach and referral campaigns.
- Gather data on reasons for membership cancellations to understand trends and develop retention strategies.
- Build, sustain, and grow relationships with existing corporate and community membership groups. Seek opportunities to expand corporate sales within the local business community.

Job Details
- Hours: 40 hours across 5 days, Monday – Sunday
- Rate of pay – £25k per annum. On target earnings up to – £29k.
- Commission and Bonus – A commission structure is in place for all team members and bonus is available for the management team in relation to the business objectives being achieved on a monthly basis.
