Do you have a background within health and fitness? Are you passionate about sales and retention? If you answered yes to all the above then we have the perfect role for you.
As a Membership Sales Advisor you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
Daily Duties:- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members.
- Conducting tours and gym inductions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
- Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club.
- Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system.
- Be front facing for any member enquiries.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential).
- Experience within managing a team.
