An exciting opportunity to work for Anytime Fitness in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham! This fitness opportunity is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to many more clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.
- Dealing with membership enquiries via phone, email and face to face, ensuring a high standard of member experience, providing precise information to prospective members.
- Conducting tours and gym inductions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business.
- Support and work with marketing strategies, KPI’s and initiatives throughout the club.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system. Be front facing for any member enquires.
\\>Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Level 2 Gym Instructor (preferred but not essential).
