As our Gym Sales Manager, you'll be the engine behind revenue growth and the heartbeat of a motivating club culture. You'll drive lead generation and membership sales, inspire your team to exceed goals, and help every member feel genuinely welcomed and supported.
- Sales Leadership & Growth
- Drive membership revenue â identify, nurture, and convert leads into loyal members.
- Set and exceed ambitious monthly sales targets for the sales team.
- Oversee all phases of the sales cycle: outreach, tours, consultations, closing, and followâup.
