Anytime Fitness Harringay is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. We are currently offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Gym Floor Supervision
    • Ensure members are using equipment safely and correctly
    • Maintain a visible presence to assist customers
    • Enforce gym rules and policies
  • Health & Safety Management
    • Carry out regular safety checks on equipment and facilities
    • Handle emergencies (e.g., injuries, fire alarms)
    • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
    • Maintain up-to-date First Aid and CPR readiness
  • Customer Service
    • Welcome members and assist with any queries
    • Handle complaints professionally and efficiently
    • Support member satisfaction and retention
  • Facility Operations
    • Open and close the gym as required
    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
    • Report and coordinate equipment maintenance or repairs
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete reports (incidents, maintenance, attendance)
    • Monitor memberships and bookings
    • Assist with promotions, events, and member engagement
  • Sales Responsibilities
    • Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets
    • Handle enquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
    • Convert leads into active members
    • Conduct gym tours and confidently present membership options

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of fitness and gym equipment
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Level 2 Gym Instructor (minimum)
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer (preferred)
  • First Aid certification
