We are seeking an energetic and motivated Gym Membership Sales Consultant to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our membership base by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their fitness goals, and presenting tailored solutions that inspire them to commit to a healthier lifestyle. Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential members through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new leads and increase membership sales.
  • Conduct product demos and personalized tours of the facility to showcase amenities and services that meet client needs.
  • Develop strategic business development plans to expand outreach within assigned territories, leveraging marketing initiatives and lead generation techniques.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services or memberships, and ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, follow up on leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate membership packages and terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory management, and market analysis to maximize growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
  • Experience in marketing or business development is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
