An immediate opportunity has arisen for a candidate to step up their career into the role of Assistant Manager / Sales Advisor. Anytime Fitness is one of the fastest growing fitness chains in the world with over 4000 clubs globally. We are open 24/7 to members (unstaffed outside of normal business hours), and member satisfaction is our top priority. Members who achieve their fitness goals are happy members.
We are looking for a strong candidate, looking to further their career by aiding with the management of sales and operations of the gym, reporting directly to the General Manager. You would be charged with streamlining processes of all aspects of the club, with direct assistance from the General Manager as and when needed.
We are seeking someone who has:
- Experience in gym sales and operations
- A track record of working to KPIs
- An interest in implementing and optimizing processes to ensure the business is running efficiently
- A friendly and sociable personality
- An awareness of the importance of good advance planning
- The ability to schedule, manage and delegate tasks to other members of the team
- Experience of CRM tools for prospect and member tracking
- Strong verbal and non-verbal English skills
