Anytime Fitness is the world’s largest 24-hour gym chain, with over 3,000 sites worldwide and over 100 in the UK. Our network is expanding and we seek enthusiastic, highly motivated Membership Consultants with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness in Glasgow.
The role involves reporting to the Club Manager, being an ambassador for Anytime Fitness, and having a proven track record of successfully working in a high-quality service or sales environment. You will thrive in a structured sales-driven working environment and enjoy working to target and delivering on a consistent basis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a friendly, outgoing personality, are essential. It would be advantageous if you have already worked in sales within the fitness industry.

You will have specific responsibility for:
- Prospecting for new members and dealing with new sales enquiries
- Utilising systems and procedures to help achieve sales targets
- Managing appointments, conducting facility tours and closing sales
- Growing corporate membership through meetings and presentations
- Database management to aid member retention
- Development and promotion of the club and brand
- Assisting in the development of a welcoming and friendly culture within the club
- Operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the club
- Adherence to health and safety requirements
This full-time position would consist of up to 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. You will also have general responsibilities in ensuring our gym is the most welcoming, friendly and organised in the area.
