Your daily focus will be driving member engagement, delivering outstanding coaching, and leading classes that keep members coming back for more. This isn’t just a job. Responsibilities
- Leading weekly group fitness classes
- Coaching and correcting form on the gym floor during peak hours
- Conducting member inductions and demonstrating proper equipment use
- Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions
- Fostering a positive and motivating environment for members
- Making new joiner welcome calls and re-engagement calls to lapsed members
- Leading monthly fitness challenges to drive retention
