Are you a passionate, people-first Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer looking for a role where you get paid to do what you love, with the freedom to build your own PT business on the side? We're looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Fitness Coach to become an integral part of our club. Your daily focus will be driving member engagement, delivering outstanding coaching, and leading classes that keep members coming back for more. This isn't just a job. The Role

  • Working 3 shifts per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 4 hours per shift)
  • Leading weekly group fitness classes
  • Coaching and correcting form on the gym floor during peak hours
  • Conducting member inductions and demonstrating proper equipment use
  • Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions
  • Fostering a positive and motivating environment for members
  • Making new joiner welcome calls and re-engagement calls to lapsed members
  • Leading monthly fitness challenges to drive retention
