Join Anytime Fitness New Southgate as a FEMALE Health & Fitness Coach. Personal Training is a core part of our member experience, and we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and professional Female Health & Fitness Instructor (minimum Level 2 qualified) to join our team at Anytime Fitness New Southgate (N11 1FJ). This opportunity is ideal for Personal Trainers based in North London.

  • Option 2: Work 16 hours per week (four 4-hour shifts), supporting members on the gym floor, teaching classes, and assisting with sales and outreach — with zero rent.
  • Option 3: If you hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification, work 16 hours per week supporting members, delivering classes, assisting with sales/outreach, and helping maintain a clean and professional gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support members in achieving their fitness and long-term health goals.
  • Deliver high-quality Personal Training and group sessions.
  • Conduct fitness assessments, inductions, and consultations.
  • Design personalised training programmes.
  • Provide gym floor support and ensure safe exercise techniques.
  • Promote and contribute to membership sales and outreach activities.
  • Work towards KPIs and agreed PT targets.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
  • Assist with opening/closing procedures when required.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and equipment standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (CIMSPA recognised – UK).
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (for PT rent option).
  • REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (where applicable).

Additional Requirements

  • Valid First Aid Certificate.
  • Public Liability Insurance (£5 million minimum) if working as a PT.
  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Full flexibility (Monday–Sunday, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends).

Working Hours: Rota-based shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm.

Contract length: 12 months.

Pay: £12.21-£14.21 per hour.

Work Location: In person.
