What makes us different is our collaborative, hands-on approach. We are a small, close-knit team that truly integrates with our clients, becoming a true extension of their business. At AA9, you will be part of a small, close-knit team that sits within the wider STM Group, sharing resources and expertise across the business. This means you will enjoy the best of both worlds: the collaboration, agility, and creativity of a small team, combined with the support and stability of being part of a larger organisation.

You will work closely with internal teams to drive performance, uphold standards, and continually look for ways to add value.
What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
