The Role We’re looking for a Digital Analyst who is driven by data, performance and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting patterns in performance data and turning insight into action.
You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across paid search, shopping, paid social and programmatic, while developing a strong analytical skillset. You’ll also gain exposure to how data feeds into strategy, pitches and presentations, learning how performance insight is translated into compelling stories for clients and prospects.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise digital media campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Video
- Analyse performance data, track KPIs and identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunities
- Use data to support decision making, testing and budget recommendations
- Work with automation and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and reduce low-value manual tasks
- Collaborate with strategy, planning and technology teams to push performance and innovation
- Support reporting, analysis and insight for client reviews and internal planning sessions
- Assist with the preparation of data led slides and materials for pitches and presentations
- Stay up to date with emerging platforms, tools and measurement approaches
Skills & Experience
- Google Ads certified, with working knowledge of platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and how data flows across platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, data and spreadsheets
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and asking "why"
- Curious about automation, AI and advanced measurement
- Willingness to learn how data and insight are used in pitches, presentations and new business
