What You’ll Do
  • Lead digital media strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video and more.
  • Own performance — tracking KPIs, analysing results, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Push performance further through automation and advanced tools.
  • Stay ahead of platform innovation across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels.
  • Build trusted client relationships by delivering clear updates, strategic recommendations, and future thinking.
  • Play a key role in new business opportunities, helping us win new clients and shape the future of the industry.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of agency experience, owning and managing paid search & social campaigns.
  • Strong platform knowledge (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc).
  • A performance‐driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Confidence working with data, dashboards, and insights to inform smarter decisions.
  • A passion for testing, learning, and trying new things, with or without the rulebook.
