- Lead digital media strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video and more.
- Own performance — tracking KPIs, analysing results, and turning data into actionable insights.
- Push performance further through automation and advanced tools.
- Stay ahead of platform innovation across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels.
- Build trusted client relationships by delivering clear updates, strategic recommendations, and future thinking.
- Play a key role in new business opportunities, helping us win new clients and shape the future of the industry.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of agency experience, owning and managing paid search & social campaigns.
- Strong platform knowledge (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc).
- A performance‑driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
