Working style: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
Training commitment: 12 days per year on campus at Manchester Metropolitan University, alongside additional online learning.

Are you a talented Digital Designer with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences? We'd love to hear from you. Join our collaborative agency team, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow and work alongside experienced designers on a diverse range of exciting digital projects. We’re looking for a proactive and motivated digital design apprentice to join us and develop the skills to become a successful Junior Digital Designer. From your very first day, this will be a permanent job combined with fully funded university study through the BA (Hons) Creative Digital Design at Manchester Metropolitan University. You’ll get all the benefits of being an employee and graduate with a degree - all without the student debt! Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Figma
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to interpret a brief and design clear, accessible, user-centred content for web and social channels
Desired but Not Essential
- Experience using After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Good understanding of responsive design
- Experience of using UX research to inform wireframes and final designs
Entry Requirements for Digital Design Degree Apprenticeship
Candidates for the Creative Digital Design Degree Apprenticeship should have a minimum of 104 points at A2 (grades BCC) or equivalent, e.g. BTEC DMM. We also welcome applicants who hold Level 3 professional qualifications, such as: Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship, Level 3 Junior Advertising Creative.
