We’re seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Account Manager to join our team. This role plays a pivotal role in the success of both the agency and its clients, driving financial growth while maintaining the highest levels of service and creativity. As a Digital Account Manager at Anything, you will have excellent relationship building skills and be responsible for key client accounts, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, and that every project is aligned with broader business goals. This role is about more than just maintaining accounts; it’s about elevating them, making sure clients receive innovative, creative solutions that help them grow and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and keeping them informed on project progress, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Transform client needs into clear briefs and work with internal teams on digital strategies that strengthen relationships and deliver results.
  • Identify new opportunities through a deep understanding of client's businesses and industries.
  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints and meet agency profitability targets.
  • Lead meetings and debriefs, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage internal teams to deliver the highest level of digital excellence.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends, strategies, and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, account management, and strategic planning, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of account growth through digital development, campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities, and internal and external communication.
  • Confidence delivering presentations, and providing client updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly updates for clients.
