Role Overview We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the UK business and drive operational excellence, organizational growth, and successful delivery of strategic objectives.
Reporting directly to the COO, the General Manager will oversee the performance of the UK organization across engineering operations, manufacturing readiness, project delivery, installations, customer support, financial performance, and team leadership.
This role requires a proven business leader with experience in advanced manufacturing or other highly technical, high-reliability environments, capable of working effectively with scientists, engineers, customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
