Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware and software issues
  • Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor
  • Troubleshoot networking issues and implement security protocols
  • Ensure optimal system performance and proactive monitoring
  • Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles
  • Mentor and support junior technical staff
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical support
  • Collaborate with project teams on infrastructure implementations

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in IT support or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments

  • Customer service focused with a professional demeanor
