Overview

This role will give you hands-on experience working in three key areas of our business: Centralised Services, Projects, and Technology Alignment (TAM).

Location: Suffolk, UK (UK-based hours)

Employment Type: Apprenticeship

Department: Operations & Technology

You will work alongside experienced engineers and coordinators to ensure our clients' IT systems run efficiently, projects are delivered on time, and long-term technology plans are kept up to date.

Key Requirements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Based in the UK and available to work remotely
  • Strong interest in technology and IT
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
