The Opportunity

As a People Experience Partner (maternity cover), you will join our People team at a key moment of growth. You will be our resident HiBob expert, helping us run and continuously improve the systems and processes that shape the ANYbotics employee experience. In this role, you will work on our People systems and workflows with HiBob at the core, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle. You will also manage incoming People Ops requests, collaborating closely with employees, managers, and external providers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.

Your Impact

  • Own and optimize HiBob (HRIS), including system configuration and ongoing improvements.
  • Design and manage automated workflows across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal changes to offboarding.
  • Build and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and data structures to ensure data accuracy and usability for the leadership team.
  • Manage integrations and data flows and be the key contact person with our external providers, including payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
  • Manage incoming People Operations requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a premium employee experience.
  • Own the end-to-end coordination of HR documentation and system updates for all employment changes.
  • Identify recurring issues from ticket flows and translate them into automated, scalable solutions within HiBob (our HRIS).
  • Shift the People function from manual administration to a more system-driven, modern operation.
  • Collaborate closely with the global People team (Switzerland and UK) to ensure seamless execution of all people processes.

Your Profile

  • Strong expertise in HiBob (must-have), including advanced knowledge of workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Proven experience streamlining manual HR processes through automation.
  • Experience managing or working within a People Ops / HR ticketing environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience managing external partner portals.
  • Experience overseeing the reconciliation of data flows between internal records and external payroll systems.
  • A "People Systems Architect" mindset, with the ability to connect tools and design scalable, automated workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools or advanced automation platforms.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth tech or robotics environment.
  • Experience with Swiss or UK labor law and payroll practices.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension. For this position we can only consider folks who are eligible to work in Spain or UK. There is no visa support for this role. We’re an international robotics company with the A-team spread across the Globe. This role gives you the opportunity to be part of growing our EU presence while staying connected to our global team. To be eligible, you’ll need to have the legal right to live and work in Spain. Ideally you reside in Barcelona, or are open to relocate. This is not a remote position.
