The Brand Anya Hindmarch, founded in London in 1987, is a luxury accessories brand. Modern craftsmanship and personalisation sit at the heart of everything the brand does. The brand shows an ongoing commitment to the circularity of materials with the I Am A Plastic Bag campaign, a collection made from an innovative new fabric created from recycled plastic bottles.
The Village is an exciting and innovative retail concept on Pont Street in London. It has five neighbouring shops – The Anya Cafe, The Collection Shop, The Labelled Shop, The Bespoke Shop and the Village Hall which houses different concepts throughout the year. The Anya Village offers innovative concepts, collaborations and exhibitions alongside our collections.
We are currently looking for full time Sales Consultants to join our Village store teams. Our customer is at the heart of everything we do so you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service in store and with customer follow up
- Achieving in-depth product and brand knowledge
- Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining high standards on the shop floor
About You:
- Minimum 2 years retail experience required
- A great communicator with a natural flair for building relationships
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends
