The Village
The Village is an exciting and innovative retail concept on Pont Street in London. It offers innovative concepts, collaborations and exhibitions alongside our collections. It is a place for the brand to connect with its community, engage with projects it cares about and invite in collaborators.
The Role
We are currently looking for full time Sales Consultants to join our Village store teams. Our customer is at the heart of everything we do so you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service in store and with customer follow up
- Achieving in-depth product and brand knowledge
- Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining high standards on the shop floor
About You
Minimum 2 years retail experience required. A great communicator with a natural flair for building relationships. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A team player who is always ready to go the extra mile. Able to work flexibly, including weekends.
