We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team at ACS. You will bridge business needs and technology solutions, gather requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of ERP, cloud, integration, automation, and application solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business processes, capture requirements, and map current systems including applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
  • Support solution design for data, ERP, cloud, and automation projects; assess feasibility, costs, and business benefits.
  • Advise clients on modern technologies including cloud, AI, data pipelines, and integration tools to improve efficiency and future-proof operations.
  • Assist in the delivery and deployment of business systems, including implementation, support, and handover for applications, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Analyse business workflows and data flows to produce clear functional requirements for new solutions including APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
  • Evaluate client infrastructure, network, and system performance to support robust and reliable IT delivery.
  • Work alongside clients and internal IT team to implement, test, and adopt new systems ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Management or another relevant tech/business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience performing IT business analysis functions within technology consultancy, enterprise solution, or digital transformation environments.
  • Candidates with substantial relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to formal degree qualifications.
  • Skilled in engaging with stakeholders and clients to analyse business workflows, elicit requirements and assess existing IT infrastructure including software, hardware and networks.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, data solutions and process automation technologies.
  • Strong capability to conduct project feasibility reviews, evaluate costs and commercial benefits, and prepare clear client-facing proposals.
  • Ability to analyse business models and data workflows, and develop functional specifications and test plans for new IT solutions.
  • Profound understanding of network infrastructure monitoring, performance review and system implementation processes.
