Job Overview
Working with a caseload of apprenticeship candidates completing a variety of qualifications, you will strive to inspire, support, and mentor individuals to achieve their occupational standard and get to gateway in a timely manner. As well as supporting the apprentice through to the end point assessment period. You will be expected to support our existing portfolio of apprenticeships, including Mortgage Advisor, Financial Services Advisor, Senior Financial Services Advisor plus other apprenticeships in finances, recruitment, coaching, learning and development and marketing.
