Are you passionate about raising standards in Health and Social Care? We are looking for a motivated and inspiring Observation Assessor to join our dedicated Health & Social Care Apprenticeship team. This is a rewarding and dynamic role where you'll travel to workplaces across your region, carrying out holistic observations of learners and helping them achieve one of the most important qualifications in their careers.
- Visiting workplaces to observe learners in real-life care settings, ensuring they meet apprenticeship standards.
- Planning and conducting progressive in-person visits (average of 3 learners per day).
- Managing your time effectively to maximise travel efficiency and learning outcomes.
- Ensuring all assessments meet Ofsted, awarding body, and internal quality standards.
- Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times, making sure every learner feels supported and safe.
A genuine passion for education, quality, and empowering others to succeed is essential. Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills are required. Confidence working independently, with the flexibility to travel long distances and stay overnight when needed is necessary.
A Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3, 4 or 5 is required, along with at least 2 years experience in the Health and Social Care sector (minimum Senior Carer level).
