Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the daily operations of the residential childcare home.
  • Provide mentorship and support to staff members to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the safety principles are adhered to at all times, promoting a safe environment for both staff and children.
  • Support in budgeting and financial management of the home, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
