We are looking for our first Graduates to join our new Graduate Scheme here at Anwyl Homes. We started life as a woodworking business, founded by our great grandparents over 90 years ago. By 1980, we were creating thoughtfully designed homes for over 250 families every year. These days, you’ll find us at our new offices in Ewloe, Flintshire and Chorley, Lancashire. We now build around 800 new homes per year. Not bad considering we still give each one the family seal of approval.
When joining our Graduate scheme, you will have the opportunity to work across all departments rotationally in our business over a two‑year period, all whilst being mentored and professionally developing. On this basis, our Graduate scheme is open to all degree subjects, with one role working in our Cheshire and North Wales region, and the other in our Lancashire region. We are looking for Graduates who have either studied and/or live close to our regional offices.
You will have the opportunity to learn and get hands‑on experience across all areas of our business, from how we secure land and planning, how we create, build and sell our homes, to how we cost projects, lead outstanding customer service and internally look after and develop our colleagues. In turn, we will develop your new career, all alongside receiving insight and guidance from our experienced teams. You will also receive formal training relevant to our industry, and at the end of the two‑year programme, move into a specific role within one of our teams.
Applications are open until 1st March 2026. We will be interviewing during March 2026 with a start date in role of September 2026. When applying, please specify if you are looking to be considered for our Ewloe, Flintshire location or Chorley, Lancashire position.
We are looking for applicants who:
- Have a minimum of a 2:2 (or predicted) degree qualification
- Right to work in the UK
- A full UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
