Our client is a multi-award-winning renewable energy contractor delivering high-quality electrical and sustainable energy solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Solar PV Maintenance Engineers to join our established and innovative team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of Solar PV systems across high-end residential, education, commercial and industrial sites. The role includes fault finding, upgrades, and preventative maintenance, working to the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair Solar PV and battery storage systems
- Carry out fault finding, reactive repairs and system upgrades
- Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on inverters, modules and electrical components
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, HSE requirements and quality standards
- Complete job documentation, reports and timesheets accurately and on time
- Communicate professionally with clients and site teams
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- C double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Mobile phone and PDA
- Pension scheme (3% employer / 5% employee)
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, rising by an additional day each year to a maximum of 25 days + Bank Holidays
