ANWA Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent / Lettings Negotiator to join our growing London team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in lettings, who can bring an existing network of landlords or property instructions and is confident managing the full rental cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of rental properties
- Conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
- Generate new instructions through landlord relationships
- Ensure compliance with UK lettings regulations (Right to Rent, ASTs, etc.)
- Deliver a high standard of client service to landlords and tenants
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UK lettings
- Existing landlord network or access to property stock (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of the London rental market
- Self-driven and target-oriented
