ANWA Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent / Lettings Negotiator to join our growing London team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in lettings, who can bring an existing network of landlords or property instructions and is confident managing the full rental cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of rental properties
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
  • Generate new instructions through landlord relationships
  • Ensure compliance with UK lettings regulations (Right to Rent, ASTs, etc.)
  • Deliver a high standard of client service to landlords and tenants

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in UK lettings
  • Existing landlord network or access to property stock (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the London rental market
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
