- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to everyone arriving at Stage Door, delivering excellent customer service.
- Helping maintain the safety and security of our venues, ensuring only authorised people access backstage areas.
- Being a helpful and approachable point of contact for artists, visiting companies, staff and contractors.
- Opening and closing the buildings, including setting security alarms.
- Keeping Stage Door and the surrounding areas welcoming, tidy and well presented.
