Role Summary

The Content Programming Manager (CPM) oversees the content experience for aviation clients, leading strategic content planning, title selection and collaboration with airline partners to deliver seamless passenger experiences.

Location

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – hybrid work arrangement. Remote Options: Hybrid work arrangement located in London, balancing time between client and home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Select movie and TV content for aviation clients based on customer profiles and contractual requirements.
  • Screen content when necessary to assess quality and relevance.
  • Produce client‑facing presentations illustrating content recommendations using a variety of tools.
  • Manage internal paperwork to document selections for the Operations team to order and process.
  • Categorize content onboard into genre, themed, or creative collections.
  • Persuade and influence content selection choices to maximize profitability.
  • Research available assets such as language tracks, edited versions, HD/4K.
  • Actively improve the onboard product through curation and continuous improvement.
  • Research upcoming content from major, niche, regional, emerging, or independent studios to align with client strategy.
  • Assist with creative ideas for RFP submissions across movies and TV.
  • Escalate issues to management to ensure adherence to deadlines and mitigate risk.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent international degree).
  • Proven ability to work in a high‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of movie and TV content.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Understanding of budget management and profitability.
