The Content Programming Manager (CPM) is responsible for the overall content experience for our aviation clients, owning everything from strategic content planning to individual title selection. CPMs are expected to have a genuine passion for film and television, using that knowledge to curate entertainment libraries that resonate with passengers while aligning with each airline's unique identity. This involves seeking out new content, evaluating it, and categorising it in ways that are tailored to each client's brand, audience, and culture. CPMs may support one or more accounts depending on content volume, refresh frequency, and account complexity, either selecting content individually or working with our subscription planning team to adapt pre‑curated bundles. The role is client-facing, with CPMs liaising directly with airline partners to share recommendations, propose new ideas, and develop content strategies collaboratively. Once content decisions are finalised, CPMs are responsible for documenting selections to trigger the delivery supply chain, ensuring decisions translate into seamless passenger experiences.
