The predicted salary is between 20833 - 25000 £ per year.

We are looking for an outgoing, digitally-savvy individual with previous digital marketing experience to join our operations team and help our clients achieve their goals.

  • Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year based on experience
  • Annual leave: 32 days (24 days + 8 bank holidays)
  • 37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours to start earlier or finish later
  • Hybrid role: 2x days per week in the office, 3x days remotely

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will:

  • Play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients
  • Project manage work on our client’s accounts to ensure our high levels of service delivery are consistently maintained every day, week, and month
  • Be supported by our Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager and work closely with our PPC specialists as part of a small, dynamic team in Leicester
  • Work with a wide range of clients, from scrappy ecommerce brands to large established charities, and everything in between.

  • Someone who can show how they’ve helped customers to succeed, solve problems, and has built strong, lasting relationships with them
  • Someone who is a forward thinking marketer, with a strong desire to learn, develop their skills, and continue their career in digital marketing.

This job is not for you if:

  • You have no previous experience in digital marketing
  • You’re not able to explain how the Google Ads auction works
  • You don’t like talking to people by phone, on video calls, or in person
  • You are unable to work from our office in Leicester 2 days per week

We offer flexible working, with an office based in Leicester city centre at the LCB Depot. Our team works at least 2 days per week in the office.

Anuncia is a specialist pay-per-click (PPC) digital marketing agency based in Leicester. Over the last 7 years we have grown to a team of 5 working with 35+ clients. Our service offering is primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management, and increasingly Meta and LinkedIn Ads management as well. We are experts in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

We work with businesses and charities across a variety of sectors. As a specialist partner, we bring best-in-industry skills and cutting edge knowledge to drive performance.

We are one of a tiny number of specialists in working with charities and non-profits, helping them to maximise value from the Google Ad Grant programme.

We also work with select multi-million pound businesses across ecommerce, IT and travel.

We are a small, dynamic team and we focus on helping both our clients and our staff thrive. We expect our team members to constantly build their skills, learn new things, push out of their comfort zone, and help their teammates.

Details of the role

The best account managers are efficient, problem solvers, and love to help people. Some of the key requirements we’re looking for in this role are:

  • An ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, including having difficult conversations and dealing with client challenges.
  • A focus on the goals of each client as well as an awareness of Anuncia’s objectives. The successful applicant will have a strategic and commercial mindset.
  • An understanding of what our agency offers and a desire to be relentless in reaching, or surpassing, the standards we set.
  • Attention to detail. The successful candidate will know what is happening to each account at all times and ensure they are kept on track.
  • Taking responsibility for the accounts you manage and always striving to add value wherever possible.

You will be the key point of contact for the accounts you are assigned to, managing projects in an agreed direction, anticipating and reacting to developments, and keeping the right people informed.

In an average week, you would likely be doing most of the following:

  • Checking task and project progress for your clients
  • Working with our PPC specialists to understand ad performance
  • Prioritising account tasks as required
  • Email and telephone conversations with clients
  • Reviewing account performance and trends
  • Monitoring return on investment (ROI) and profitability of accounts
  • Checking in with clients for specific requests, questions or updates
  • Improving internal project management processes
  • Completing training in PPC and digital marketing to broaden your skills
  • Preparing client reports (end of month)

In addition, some of your time may be spent on our marketing and business development work:

  • Looking for opportunities to upsell other services to existing clients
  • Monitoring our website Analytics
  • Creating and planning marketing content and campaigns
  • Writing proposals
  • Managing and optimising the onboarding process for new clients

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience and strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience working with PPC, be that Google, Microsoft, or any other channel
  • Evidence of effective teamwork
  • Curiosity and interest in digital marketing and specialisms within it, including (but not limited to) AI, Social, SEO, and omnichannel marketing
  • Experience of working as part of a team to pull together multiple marketing channels into a coherent strategy, with defined KPIs
  • Good commercial instincts to understand client objectives
  • Experience in project management and delivering successful projects
