LEISURE LEISURE ATTENDANT Scale 3 SCP 7-8 (£26,403- £26,824 ) subject to Job Evaluation Review. 10 % Flexibility payment when working a qualifying shift pattern Plus 19% employer pension contribution 2 x Permanent, 37 hours per week 1 X Permanent 18.5 hours per week Location: Antrim Forum Leisure Centre, but post holder will be required to work across Antrim and Newtownabbey Council areas MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for carrying out duties in all areas of Leisure to ensure a high quality service is provided to all customers. To provide a safe clean and presentable environment for customers. To provide a professional high standard of lifeguarding service for council pool users Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will assess the suitability of the candidates against the requirements for the post including the 4 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. (A copy of the Competency framework is attached for information) A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if this post becomes available either part time, full time, temporary or permanent within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
