ARTS, CULTURE TOURISM AND EVENTS HERITAGE ASSISTANT
Scale 4 SCP (9-13) £27,254 - £29,064 (pro rata) subject to Job Evaluation Review.
10 % Flexibility payment when working a qualifying shift pattern
Plus 19% employer pension contribution
1 X Permanent 18.5 hours per week
Location: Sentry Hill Historic House, but post holder will be required to work across Antrim and Newtownabbey Council areas
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the performance of the Culture and Heritage Section to ensure key performance indicators for the section are achieved.
- Assist the Culture and Events Co-ordinator with development, management and operation of Sentry Hill Historic House.
Location and hours
Location: Sentry Hill Historic House, with requirement to work across Antrim and Newtownabbey Council areas. 1 X Permanent 18.5 hours per week.

Recruitment process
The recruitment process will assess candidates against the requirements for the post including the 4 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if this post becomes available, either part time, full time, temporary or permanent within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
