Location: Sixmile Leisure Centre but post holder may be required to work across Antrim and Newtownabbey Council areas MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible for carrying out duties in all areas of Leisure to ensure a high quality service is provided to all customers.

Recruitment
Process: The recruitment process will assess the suitability of the candidates against the requirements for the post including the 4 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. (A copy of the Competency framework is attached for information) If your application is shortlisted you will be invited for a swim test on 6 October 2026.
This test must be completed prior to interview.
A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if this post becomes available either part time, full time, temporary or permanent within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
