The predicted salary is between 29540 - 32061 £ per year.

Contribute to the performance of the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Events Section to ensure key performance indicators for the section are achieved.

Responsible for the management and co-ordination of visitor support services for the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Events Service ensuring specific requirements of customers are facilitated to achieve optimum use.

Delivery of a reception and retail service at Antrim Castle Gardens and Visitor Information Centre duties to a high standard of performance, quality and client requirements.

Delivery of ticketing and box office services for the Arts, Culture, Tourism and Events Section.

Maintain customer records and the Council's CRM system; regularly analyse customer data and respond to management requests for reports and insights quickly and efficiently.

A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if a part time or temporary vacancy becomes available within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
