An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a prestigious Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of London. This well-established firm has built a strong reputation in Landlord & Tenant litigation , housing disputes, and civil litigation matters.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, working on a variety of housing and landlord & tenant disputes , including:

  • Housing disrepair claims
  • Possession proceedings
  • Deposit disputes
  • HMO and selective licensing issues
  • Interim injunctions
  • Social housing disputes

This position is ideal for a driven and commercially minded solicitor looking to further their career within a growing and dynamic firm.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Qualified Legal Executive (NQ – 4+ PQE)
  • Strong Landlord & Tenant litigation experience
  • Good knowledge of Housing Act 2004, Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, and Civil Procedure Rules
  • Experience handling Small Claims, Fast Track & Multi-Track cases
  • Strong advocacy skills with County Court experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team of paralegals and assistants
