What You'll Be Doing
- Researching and developing recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning and tax planning
- Producing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation
- Supporting advisers on complex cases and contributing to consistent advice standards
- Preparing review work, technical analysis and planning outputs
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Intelligent Office
- Working closely with advisers and colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong paraplanning experience within a UK financial planning environment
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)
- Excellent report-writing skills and strong technical knowledge
- Minimum of four years' experience as a Senior or Technical Paraplanner
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Someone who values teamwork and contributes positively to the wider business
- Desirable: Chartered Financial Planner status, or currently working towards it
- Experience dealing with complex financial planning cases
- Confidence in improving processes, templates and ways of working
