Working Style

  • Remote-first working environment
  • Optional office attendance for those based near Central London
  • Ideally, attendance in the office around one day per week where practical

What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching and developing recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning and tax planning
  • Producing clear, accurate suitability reports and client documentation
  • Supporting advisers on complex cases and contributing to consistent advice standards
  • Preparing review work, technical analysis and planning outputs
  • Maintaining accurate client records and workflows using Intelligent Office
  • Working closely with advisers and colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong paraplanning experience within a UK financial planning environment
  • Diploma qualified (Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Excellent report-writing skills and strong technical knowledge
  • Minimum of four years' experience as a Senior or Technical Paraplanner
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Someone who values teamwork and contributes positively to the wider business
  • Desirable: Chartered Financial Planner status, or currently working towards it
  • Experience dealing with complex financial planning cases
  • Confidence in improving processes, templates and ways of working
