Package Details: The successful candidate will receive a Salary up to £38,000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)
Purpose of the role:
The Senior IFA Administrator will be responsible for managing all day-to-day administrative activities that support client advice and financial planning processes. Working closely with the Principal Adviser, this individual will ensure timely processing of business, accurate client record-keeping, and coordination of compliance documentation. This is not a paraplanning role, although the ability to produce suitability reports via compliance-approved templates (CATS) is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Open new client accounts on Intelligent Office (I/O), including full dashboard completion and file structuring
- Submit new applications via the Transact platform, generate and save relevant forms to LiveDrive
- Perform fund sales and pension drawdown transactions on Transact
- Generate investment and pension illustrations
- Manage Letters of Authority and ceding provider communications
- Produce suitability reports using CATS templates and FE Analytics where necessary
- Maintain file notes and client records within I/O
- Track and update daily task lists and action points
- Scan, file, and distribute provider statements and regulatory paperwork
- Check files for completeness ahead of review meetings
- Prepare documentation for client review meetings, including up-to-date valuations
- Type meeting notes and upload to I/O
- Liaise with product providers for progress updates and transactional queries
- Manage diary coordination and general correspondence on behalf of the adviser
- Support all ad hoc requests and queries with a proactive, hands-on approach

Working Arrangements:
Remote working with regular in-person meetings (initially weekly/fortnightly, then as needed). Flexibility around hours is offered, but availability during standard working hours is expected. Onboarding includes a 4-week handover period with the retiring administrator.
