An independent chartered financial planning firm is looking for an Associate Financial Planner who wants a bigger client role, without the new-business chasing.
The role
- Three to four client meetings a week, with time to plan properly
- Complex planning for established clients, including estates, IHT and pensions
- Work alongside Senior Chartered Financial Planners, with paraplanner and administrator support
About you
- An experienced paraplanner, planner or adviser with strong technical skills
- Chartered, or working towards it
- Ready for more client contact
The package
- £60,000 to £75,000 base, depending on experience
- Bonus linked to performance and your own objectives, not new-business commission
- Chartered exams funded, with study time
- Hybrid, three days in the office
- Pension, private medical and other benefits
