The predicted salary is between 60000 - 85000 £ per year.

UHNWI requires an experienced PA to support them in all personal and professional matters whilst they are travelling.

The role will involve approximately 50% of the time working in global destinations such as New York, LA, Dubai, India and Europe. For the remaining 50% of the time, the role will be based in London, with approximately two days per week working in the Family Office in Central London, and approximately three days per week working from home. Candidates must therefore be primarily based in London, and have accommodation there. Whilst travelling away from London, accommodation will be provided.

Reporting directly to the Principal's Executive Assistant and working with a small team of PAs, this role involves on the ground assistance with the coordination of logistics, handling confidential tasks, lifestyle management and concierge, event management and coordination - ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities across different locations.

Duties to include:

  • Setting up accommodation prior to the Principal's arrival
  • Booking appointments, restaurants etc.
  • Personal shopping
  • Act as a liaison between the Principal and various contacts, vendors and suppliers
  • Support in the planning of events, dinners, meetings and activities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, ground transportation and itineraries
  • Financial and budget management

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be highly organised, flexible and capable of managing an evolving schedule in a fast-paced and often pressurised environment.
  • Candidates must have proven PA/lifestyle management experience, having spent a minimum of two years in this UHNW industry.
  • Familiarity with luxury brands and services, and high-end events
  • Must be fully flexible to travel internationally, often at short notice.
  • Happy to work non-traditional hours when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in IT and technology

£70,000 - £85,000 DOE
