One of our private clients, an established Family Office in SW1, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the team.

This is a high-impact role providing comprehensive administrative support across investments, legal, operations and finance, while also helping manage the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will act as a key organisational anchor, ensuring seamless operations, excellent communication flow, and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the Family Office team, including diary management and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Act as a central point of contact between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Travel scheduling, including itineraries, logistics, and visa applications where required
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain well-organised systems for documentation, contacts, and information flow
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Serve as first point of contact for guests, liaising with building security and greeting visitors on arrival
  • Answer, screen, and manage incoming phone calls and post
  • Oversee office supplies and day-to-day office needs
  • Organise team events and activities
  • Manage relationships with external office vendors

Experience & Profile

  • 2-5 years' solid experience in an Executive Assistant or office support role, within a Family Office, UHNW, professional services, financial services, or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders calmly and effectively
  • Confident supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High level of technical confidence, including calendar management, document handling, and collaboration tools
  • Comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to high standards
