Salary: c. £75,000 + discretionary bonus DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Work Pattern: Hybrid - office-based, on-site at properties, and remote working

Overview

One of our private clients is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value residential properties in London and internationally, working directly for the UHNW Principal.

This is a hands-on and varied role requiring strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-end properties to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full oversight of multiple residential properties in London and abroad.
  • Acting as key holder and primary point of contact for all property matters.
  • Day-to-day property management including maintenance, compliance, and inspections.
  • Managing and coordinating external contractors.
  • Liaising confidently with lawyers, advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing refurbishment, repair, and improvement projects.
  • Managing smart home systems and property technology.
  • Monitoring budgets, service contracts, and operational costs.
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
  • Occasional international travel to other residences.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent Russian speaker (essential).
  • Proven experience in residential property management, ideally UHNW-focused.
  • Engineering or technical background strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of smart home systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Confident working with complex systems and modern property technology.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional communicator, comfortable dealing with lawyers and senior stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple locations.
