Property Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee a large private property portfolio spanning London and Berkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and management of construction, refurbishment and maintenance works across multiple super-prime residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Full project management including construction, refurbishment and maintenance, from inception to completion.

Oversight of contractors, consultants and suppliers, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and finish.

Negotiation and management of contracts, ensuring value for money without compromising quality.

Financial management, including budget preparation, cost control and reporting.
